1. This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.79/2020, registered at Police Station Kota (Out post Belgahna), District- Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 427, 147, 148, 149, 294, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. The first bail application was dismissed on 21-08-2020 in M.Cr.C. No.2431 of 2020 by a detailed order on merits.

3. In the present second bail application, there is no change in the circumstances and hence I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.
