1. The limited relief that the petitioner seeks at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider and decide the application filed by the petitioner for leave between 24.02.2020 to 30.09.2020.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the

application of the petitioner shall be decided on its own merits taking into consideration the contents of the application.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to immediately consider and decide the application filed by the petitioner in respect of the absence from duty from 24.02.2020 to 30.09.2020. The respondent no.3 shall also consider the claim of petitioner for the unpaid salary during the said period. Let an appropriate decision in this regard be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
