Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner is that the land belonging to the petitioner has been acquired by the respondents-SECL for mining purpose and under the rehabilitation policy there was a scheme for providing employment to the persons/legal heirs whose land has been acquired.

The case of the petitioner is that the Tehsilar has already inquired into the matter and has submitted its report to the respondents-SECL, however, till date no final decision has been taken by them in this regard. The petitioner has already filed a representation in this regard. 3.
Accordingly, let the respondents No.1 to 3-SECL take a final decision on the representation of the petitioner after due verification of facts and also keeping in mind the report of Tehsildar and other authorities and issue an
appropriate order in accordance with rehabilitation scheme applicable in the department.
4. Let this exercise be done within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No.1 to 3 so far as this order is concerned.
