1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this anticipatory bail applicant and the Court below may be directed that if the applicant surrenders and files regular bail application before it, the same shall be decided on the same day.

2. As prayed, instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed.

3. The trial Court is supposed that in case the applicant surrenders and files an application for grant of regular bail before it, the same be decided on the same day, if possible. Certified copy as per rules.
