The petitioner is objecting to holding of market (Hath Bazaar) at Old Bus Stand, Janjgir, District Janjgir-Champa for the reason that the said Hath Bazaar is causing pollution.

Writ Petition (C) is not the appropriate remedy for such relief. If the petitioner so desires, she may maintain a PIL in accordance with the rules of the Court.
