Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to ventilate his grievance by making a suitable representation with the department in respect of his claim for regularization on the ground that he has been working continuously with the respondents as daily wage employee for more than 12 years. Prayer is not opposed.
