1. Though this writ petition was listed for hearing on I.A. No. 1, application for exemption from filing complete document of annexure P/1 and P/2, but looking to the short dispute involved in the matter, it is heard on the question of admission.

2. Mr. Goutam Khetrapal, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that civil suit No. 66-A/2004 (Smt. Shivkumari Bajpai (died) Vs. Smt. Purnima Bajpai & Ors.) filed by respondent No. 1 herein is pending consideration since 05/03/2004 before learned 3rd Civil Judge Class II, Jagdalpur and there is no substantial progress in the trial, therefore, it may be directed to be expedited.

3. Be that as it may, learned trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the aforementioned civil suit expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Learned District Judge, Jagdalpur, Bastar is directed to ensure the compliance of this order and thereafter, send a compliance report.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).

6. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court by e-mail/fax for needful and compliance.
