1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with P.O.R. (Crime No.)- 9696/16 registered at Forest Circle (P.S.)- Forest Range Pithora, District Mahasamund, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 9, 39, 50 & 51 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that she does not want to prosecute this application and seeks to withdraw the same.

4. Accordingly, the application MCRC No.8337 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.
