2) The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 CrPC as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 186 of 2020 registered at Police Station Pusour,District Raigarh CG for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B IPC. 3) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises. 4) Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
