Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 13.08.2018 The only dispute in the present writ petition is that though the petitioner has been appointed as Aganwadi Worker but she is being paid the salary of Aganwadi Helper.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made a couple of representations which has collectively marked as
Annexure P-3 but till date no decision has been taken on those representations.

Given the limited relief which the petitioner has sought for, the writ petition itself is being disposed of at this juncture with a direction to respondents 3 & 4 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from today. In addition the petitioner shall also be entitled to file a detail fresh representation along with the copy of the order passed by this Court today. 4.
In case the respondents reach to the conclusion that the petitioner was entitled for the salary of Anganwadi Worker, the petitioner would be entitled for the entire arrears of the difference amount from the date of appointment till date. If not, the petitioner should be intimated as to why she is not entitled.
