Challenge in this appeal is to the order dated 20.10.2020, whereby the learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition of the Appellant challenging the order of transfer dated 10.10.2019 (Annexure P/1) and order of reliving dated 16.09.2020 (Annexure P/2).

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the Appellant seeks for withdrawal of the writ petition and seeks liberty to approach before the Competent Authority by filing a representation. He submits that a direction may be given to 1st Respondent to decide the representation within a specific time period. 3.
Writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. If Appellant submits representation the Respondent No. 1 shall decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
