By the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the Petitioner seeks review and modification of the order dated 21.3.2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision No.40 of 2018. Vide the order dated 21.3.2018, the monthly maintenance awarded to Respondents No.2 to 5 by the Family Court has been enhanced from Rs.200/- each to Rs.500/- each and no change has been ordered in the monthly maintenance of Rs.1,000/- awarded to Respondent No.1 by the Family Court.

The order dated 21.3.2018 has been passed on merits of the case

after hearing Learned Counsel appearing for both the parties and I do not see any good ground to make any modification in the said order. Therefore, the instant petition is dismissed. Sd/- (Arvind Singh Chandel) Judge Gopal
