ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this case may be disposed off with a direction to the concerned Court to consider the application for regular bail by the applicant and allow the applicant to participate in the trial against him.

The charge-sheet was filed against the co-accused persons before the concerned Court in Mungeli for trial for the offence under Section 498A/ 34 of the IPC and the applicant was shown absconding by the police. The coaccused persons have been tried and the case has been disposed off in which the co-accused persons have been acquitted of the charge. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant wants to participate in the same trial and is ready to submit to the jurisdiction

before the concerned Court. Hence, specific direction may be issued. 4.

Accordingly, this M.Cr.C.(A) is disposed off. 5.

The concerned Court is directed to consider and decide the application filed by the applicant preferably on the same day he surrenders before the said Court, if practicable.
