2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.258/2015 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Dhamtari (CG) for commission of offence punishable under Sections 420, 409/34 & 120(B) of IPC.

3. Although the co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court, however, those co-accused persons were the employees

of the Company, who have obtained deposits from the public at large, whereas, the present applicant is the Director of the Company.

4. Considering the entire facts' situation of the case, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.
