1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.284/2020 registered in Police Station Kota, District Bilaspur for offence under Section 457 and 380 of the IPC.
2. The applicant has committed theft of laptop, charger, suits and other articles and cash of Rs.25,000/- from the house of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kota.
3. Learned State Counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail, however, he would not report any previous antecedents of the applicant.

4. Considering that the applicant is in jail since 28.8.2020, charge sheet has already been filed and offences are triable by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail on the following conditions:- He shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
He shall also appear before the concerned Police Station on First and Fifteenth day of every month during the pendency of trial. He shall not get involved in any criminal offence during the pendency of trial.
Registration of any criminal case against him would entail automatic withdrawal/cancellation of this bail order and the concerned Police shall be entitled to arrest him immediately on registration of fresh criminal case against him after informing the trial Magistrate.
