1. After arguing for a fairly long time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw and submits that the trial Court be directed to expedite the trial as only 13 witnesses have been listed on behalf of the prosecution.

2. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

3. Accordingly, the criminal appeal is disposed of. However, considering the nature of offence and also considering that the appellant is in jail since 11.6.2021, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of one year from today.
