This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging noncompliance of this Court's order dated 26.04.2019 passed in W.P.(Cr.) No. 267 of 2019.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one opportunity to the contemnor to ensure compliance of this Court's order dated 26.04.2019 passed by this Court. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner may also make additional representation along with the copy of this order within ten days from today before the contemnor and, in turn, the contemnor shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 26.04.2019 in its letter and spirit expeditiously. 5.
