At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the instant MCRC with a prayer that the Court below be directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

On due consideration, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the instant MCRC. The trial Court is directed to disposed of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
