1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by way of this writ petition the petitioner has called in question the order dated 15.3.2016 passed by the Board of Revenue by which the Board of Revenue has stayed the termination order of the petitioner dated 22.2.2016.
2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the documents appended with writ petition.
3. Order dated 22.2.2016 has been stayed by the Board of Revenue by the impugned order dated 15.3.2016 (Annexure P1), against which, this writ petition has been filed, which is pending consideration for last five years, as such, the order of the Board of Revenue remained in operation from 15.3.2016.
4. In that view of the matter, the Board of Revenue is directed to consider and dispose off the appeal preferred by respondent No.1 under Section 44(2) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 in case No.A/26/R/B-121/263/2015 (S.Biju v. Gulbas) within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
