1. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.169/2020, registered at Police Chowki Vijay Nagar, Police Station Ramanujganj, Distt.- Balrampur - Ramanujganj C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 294,

MCRC No. 8203 of 2020 506, 323, 307, 147, 148, 149 of the I.P.C.

2. On a dispute concerning reaping of sesame crop, both the parties were involved in a free fight. While the present applicants along with sixth accused have caused injuries to Ramsewak, Ramdulare, Priyanka and Rajeshwar, the applicants have also sustained injuries for which they have lodged an FIR against the other party. Out of the four injured persons only one i.e., Ramdulare has sustained fracture of middle finger of right hand and has also sustained one head injury, however, both the injuries appear to be caused by club and not by lethal weapon.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the entire fact situation of the case as also for the fact that the applicants are in jail since 22.09.2020 and the charge sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
