This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.192/2020 registered at Police Station Baikunthpur, District Korea (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 34 of the IPC. 3.

The deceased was married with Vijendra Samrat, son of applicant

MCRC No. 8099 of 2020 No.1 and brother of applicant No.2 Monika Samrat. The deceased committed suicide by hanging herself in her matrimonial house on 22.6.2020.

The material available in the case diary indicates that these applicants were not allowing the deceased to speak freely with her parents and other relatives over mobile phone. She was not allowed to talk with them for a longer time and in solitude. 5.

Considering the nature of allegations and for the fact that these two applicants are ladies and are in jail since 7.9.2020, I am inclined to release the applicants on regular bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
