Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's retiral dues have been paid but interest in the entire retirement benefit of full pension has not been paid.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before respondent No.2 within three weeks from today which shall be considered and decided by respondent No.2 within four weeks from the date of copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order.
