1. Heard on petition.

2. This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been brought praying for issuance of direction.

3. The petitioners have filed an application under Section 125 of CrPC praying for grant of maintenance before the learned Family Court, Bilaspur on 23.01.2021. The respondent has given appearance according to the order-sheet dated 16.3.2021, however, the case is continuing without any progress so far. The petitioners are in need of the maintenance regarding which prayer has been made in the application, therefore, direction be issued to the learned Family Court

for early disposal of the case.

4. After considered on the submissions, the petition is disposed of at motion stage. The learned Family Court, Bilaspur, is directed to expedite the proceeding in the case present before it, in which, the petitioner and respondent are the parties and dispose off the same preferably within a period of 6 months.
