Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on understanding that there is some settlement, the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner that in case the grievance exists he may be allowed to file the petition again.

In view of such submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with the aforesaid liberty.
