Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Division Bench of this Court by order dated 2.7.2018 has directed that the decreetal amount which has been deposited shall be released in favour of respondent No. 1 subject to his furnishing security of any immovable property to the satisfaction of the concerned commercial Court. He submits that 50% of the decreetal amount has been released in favour of respondent No. 1 but the security furnished by respondent No.1 is not in accordance with law. 2.
Per contra, counsel for respondent No. 1 would submit that the security of immovable property furnished by respondent No. 1 is in accordance with law. 3.
I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to move application before the concerned commercial court for redressal of his grievances raising all legally permissible grounds, that will be considered and decided by that court in accordance with law expeditiously. 5.
