1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.338/2020, registered at Police Station Manendragarh, District Koria for offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the IPC.

2. It is alleged in the complaint filed by one Satpal Singh Saluja that the applicant having already sold his land to one Rameshwear Choudhary in the year 2002 obtained advance amount of Rs.10,000/- from him for sale of same land. It is also alleged that the applicant has joined hands with Patwari and Tehsildar to interpolate the revenue entry to change Khasra number to show that the land is available in their holding.

3. Considering that the allegation is only of obtaining Rs.10,000/- for sale of the land and for the fact that as per the applicant's version, the complainant, the Dhaba owner of the joint land, is pressurizing him to execute the sale deed in his favour, I am inclined to release the applicant

MCRCA No. 1659 of 2020 on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting officer with the following conditions:- (i) he shall not influence the witnesses during trial. (ii) he shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(iii) he shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.
