The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is for deciding his representation which he has filed so far as non granting of amount of Rs.5,00,000/- which was payable to the family members of the employees who die in accident under the respondents as per the provision of NCWA applicable at the relevant point of time.

The said prayer of the petitioner is not opposed by the counsel for the respondents.

Accordingly, let the respondent No.4 take an appropriate decision on the representation Annexure-P/10 dated 20/09/2017 filed by the petitioner. 4.

In case if the petitioner is found to be entitled for the said amount, it shall be released to the petitioner forthwith and in case if he is not found entitled, he should be suitably intimated giving reason as to why he is not entitled for.

Let this exercise be done within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of order of this Court.
