1. Aggrieved by the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 02.08.2021, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Vide the said order the respondent no.2 had attached the services of the petitioner from Rural Health Co-ordinator, Primary Health Center, Mulmula Block Pamgarh to Sub Health Center, Jevra, Block Pamgarh.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that under the policy of the State government dated 26.03.2014, attachment in any form is totally prohibited in spite of that petitioner's services have been attached from one place of another.

-24. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already joined as per the order dated Annexure P-1 dated 02.08.2021 and assumed his duties.

5. Given the said facts, the only recourse is left now is for direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner in respect of the attachment part is concerned keeping in view the circular dated 26.03.2014.

6. Let respondent therefore take an appropriate decision on the issue of attachment keeping in view the aforementioned circular dated 26.03.2014.

7. Let a decision be taken within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
