Counsel for the petitioner after arguing for sometime prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the Circle Head as well as Zonal Manager for ventilating her grievance so far as seeking posting of the petitioner to a place nearby to the town of Bilaspur is concerned. The said prayer is not opposed by the counsel for the respondents. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a detail representation to the Circle Head as well as Zonal Manager for ventilating her grievances and on such representation being made, the authority concerned is expected to take a prompt decision on the said representation.
