1. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had appeared in the selection process of the appointment to the post of Patwari and name of the petitioner was also found in the select list and order of appointment was also issued on 07.02.2019 (Annexure P-3), but till date the has not been granted joining.
2. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has and the fact that there is already an order of appointment in favour of the petitioner on 07.02.2019, this Court is of the opinion, let respondent No. 2 Collector, Narayanpur take an appropriate decision so far as the claim of the petitioner for joining is concerned.
3. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioners to apprise respondent No. 2 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
4. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, respondents are free to take decision in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field.
