1. The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved of the change of place of posting on the revocation of her suspension order.

2. Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation to the higher authority i.e. respondent no.1 in respect of her grievance so far as the

change of place of posting upon revocation of her suspension order is concerned. The petitioner has placed certain personal medical documents on the basis of which the petitioner wants a change of place of posting.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to make an appropriate representation to the respondent no.1 in respect of the change of place of posting of the petitioner upon revocation of suspension order and the respondent authorities are expected to take an appropriate decision on the same on its own merits strictly in accordance with law.
