1. The original criminal case registered under Crime No.11/2014 at Police Station Chhal, Distt. Raigarh (Case No. Electricities Act/1/2014 - State of Chhattisgarh v. Anand Ram Khatel), for offence punishable under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003, from which this writ petition (criminal) has arisen, has already been adjudicated finally on 4-12-2018, as such, this petition has become infructuous.
