Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners' hotel has been sealed unauthorizedly by the Corporation against which this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

Mr. B. P. Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 1 & 2 - Corporation would submit that petitioners' hotel will be de-sealed by today itself.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that for the rest of the relief, he may be permitted to file a civil suit and no further

demolition of the subject property shall be made. 4.

Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that in case of demolition, petitioners will be given notice and will be afforded opportunity of hearing.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file civil suit in accordance with law for claiming other reliefs as the earlier civil suit was dismissed on the technical grounds. No cost(s). Certified copy today.
