Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order of Collector, the Commissioner has entertained the revision filed by respondent No. 5 and stayed the order of Collector, therefore, the Commissioner be
directed to hear the revision expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The prayer is fair and reasonable and is allowed. 4.
Be that as it may, the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division is directed to conclude the hearing of the revision case and decide it finally on or before 28.09.2018.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
