Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order On Board 17/11/2020 1.

A request letter has been received from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bastar at Jagdalpur for extension of time in concluding the trial in Criminal Case No.622/2016 pending before that Court.

This Court while disposing off the W.P.(Cr.) No.961/2019 had directed the trial Court to conclude the trial in the case within a time frame. 3.

A time was further extended by this Court vide order dated 26.05.2020, passed in M.C.C. No.304/2020. Considering the grounds mentioned in the request letter, I feel inclined to allow this prayer. 4.

Accordingly, the time granted for concluding the trial in criminal case as mentioned above, is extended by further one month from the date this order is communicated to the Court.

Accordingly, the M.C.C. stands disposed off.
