The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that, though the petitioner has retired from service with effect from 28/02/2017, he has not received any retiral dues and pensionary benefits.

Considering the aforesaid fact, without express anything on the entitlement of the petitioner, this Court does not intend to keep the Writ Petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents No. 3 & 4 to process the claim of the petitioner for releasing of the retiral dues and pensionary benefits in accordance with the salary and other benefits which the petitioner was drawing at the time of his retirement.

Let this exercise be done within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent No.3 of the order passed by this Court.

In addition, the petitioner would also be entitled to make a detailed representation in respect of his claims that he is otherwise eligible for supported with all relevant documents which he has in his possession to support his contention.
