1. This is a third bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 200/2017 registered at Police Station Kotraroad, District Raigarh, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506B of Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of Protection of Children from the Sexual Offences Act.

2. The earlier two bail applications stood rejected on 25.05.2018 and 18.07.2018 vide MCRC Nos. 2688/2018 and 5100/2018 respectively.

3. There does not appear to be a substantial change in the situation for the applicant to have moved the present bail application and that to in less than one month's time from the previous rejection of the bail application.

4. This Court had while deciding the earlier bail application taken note of the fact that the prosecutrix has also been examined before the Court below.

5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain the bail application, therefore the same stands dismissed.

6. The trial Court however is directed to ensure that the trial be concluded expeditiously.
