1. At the outset, the counsel for the petitioner prays that the present writ petition be disposed of at this juncture with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation which the petitioner has made so far as not granting of deputation allowance for the period between 18.04.2016 to 30.04.2019.

2. To the limited relief sought for by the petitioner the respondents do not oppose.

3. Accordingly, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner so far as grant of deputation allowance is concerned at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order of this Court.
