1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.279/2020, registered at Police Station Nevai, District Durg C.G. for offence punishable under Section 67(B) of the Information Technology Act.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the anticipatory bail application has been rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the statement made, the present application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
