The order under challenge is Annexure P-7 dated 18.05.2017 passed by the Collector, Bilaspur.

Prima facie, this Court finds that the order under challenge is a revisable order.

Senior counsel, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has already preferred a revision which is pending consideration before the revisional authority.

If that be so, let the Revisional Authority take a decision on the revision of the petitioner pending before it at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
