1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 12.07.2019 passed by the respondent No. 2 transferring the petitioner from Baikunthpur to Manendragarh.

2. The limited grievance which the petitioner has, is that at the place where the petitioner has been transferred the post of AG-II is not vacant. Therefore, the petitioner would find it difficult to give joining.

3. Counsel for the petitioner referred to the Annexure P-4 which is a document of June, 2019 which shows that post of AG-II at the transferred place is already filled up.

4. Given the said facts, let petitioner make a fresh representation to the respondent No. 2 within a period of seven days from today. Respondent No. 2 in turn shall decide the representation in accordance with the law within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation.

5. Till the representation of the petitioner is finally decided, there shall be stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order of transfer as well as the relieving order that has been issued Annexure P-1 & Annexure P-2 respectively.
