1. After arguing for some time learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of the present Cr.M.P. with a prayer that the Court below may be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously so far as other accused persons are concerned.

2. This prayer seems to be fair and reasonable.

3. Accordingly, the present Cr.M.P. stands dismissed as withdrawn. However it is directed that taking into consideration that the trial of the Applicant has travelled substantially, it is expected that the trial Court shall make all endeavours for conclusion of the trial so far as other co-accused are concerned on priority basis.
