1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has made is that the respondents have not released the higher pay scale and other revised pay scale that the petitioner is entitled for and which have been extended to other similarly placed person in the Department.

2. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has already made repeated representation to the authorities concerned, this Court is of the opinion that, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation within a period of 15 days to the respondents No. 3 & 4 who in turn shall take all necessary steps ensuring that the representation of the petitioner is decided at the

earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. It shall be the responsibility to the petitioner to apprise the respondents No. 3 & 4, so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
