1. The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.245/2019 registered in Police Station- Lailunga, District- Raigarh (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Section 302 IPC.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw bail application. He, however, submits that as the applicant is in jail since 30.10.2019, the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

3. Considering the submissions made, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court shall take expeditious steps to conclude the trial as early as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.
