1. Heard.

2. The applicants have preferred this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.234/2019, registered at Police Station Nagarnar, District: Baster (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) of Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. The applicants were found in possession of 30 kg of Ganja.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Even if separate recovery of 15 kg each has been made from both the applicants, the total quantity is 30 kg, therefore,

considering the entire facts situation of the case, I am not inclined to release the applicants on bail.
