Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's second appeal is pending before the respondent No. 1 - State Information Commission since 06.12.2017 and till date the Commission has not taken any decision. 2.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 1 is directed to consider and dispose of the second appeal filed by the petitioner on 06.12.2017 expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
