Hon'ble The Chief Justice and Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay Agrawal Order On Board 31.08.2018 Both the Public Interest Litigations are now being disposed off keeping in view the decision, which has now been taken by the Collector through a notification which has been issued on 22.12.2016, where the entry of vehicles has been relaxed from the status of complete ban. As for light vehicles, a modality as to grant of permission on day to day basis must be worked out and duly brought to the notice of the public. Collector will do the needful.
