The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents so far as not granting the benefit of 2nd Time Scale of Pay to the petitioner on completion of 20 years of service.

According to the petitioner, he has repeatedly approached the respondent authorities, but till date they have not taken any decision. 3.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents to take an appropriate decision in accordance with law, so far as as grant of 2nd

Time Scale of Pay is concerned after due verification of entitlement of the petitioner within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
