1. This appeal by the accused/appellants under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is directed against the order dated 09.10.2020 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Ramanuganj, District Balrampur, C.G., refusing to allow their regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The appellants have been arrested in connection with Special Sessions Case (Atro.) No.40/2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 294, 506, 323 & 325 of Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(1)(n)(/k) & 3(2)(v)(d) of the Scheduled Castes

and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 registered at Police Station AJAK, Balrampur, District BalrampurRamanuganj, C.G.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
