1) First bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merit by this Court vide order dated 03.08.2021 in MCRC No. 4671/2021.

2) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as he was arrested on 07.06.2021 in connection with Crime No.261/2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station- Sirgitti, Bilaspur, District- Bilaspur (C.G.).

3) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application.

4) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

5) Permission granted.
